Formed in 2006, the chapter has Alabama alumni and friends from the the greater Tampa Bay area. The chapter exists to support the University and strengthen the relationship between alumni, students and friends in the Tampa Bay area and the Capstone.The chapter needs your support and involvement. All chapter dues stay local to support chapter communication, chapter
board operations and to send local representatives to the
annual summer leadership workshop in Tuscaloosa. Be proud and sign up today!

President: Carleton Compton graduated from the University of Alabama in August 1999 with a degree in Finance. Born and raised in Tampa, he currently is involved in commercial real estate in the area. |

Vice President: Johnathan Butler, a native of Mobile, graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2000 and settled in Tampa in 2001. Butler started working with Wells Fargo Private Bank in July 2010, and has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay since 2003. |

Membership Chair: Judy Safer graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Business Administration. Although she moved around growing up, part of her childhood was in Tuscaloosa, so finding her way back was only natural. After graduation and more moving around, Judy landed in the Tampa Bay area and has been here for 20 years. She is now the Director of Customer Initiatives for Vanguard Products Group.

Gameday Viewing Coordinator: Judy Rice Norcia, a native of Tuscaloosa, graduated from the University of Alabama in 1972 with a B.S. in Microbiology. After interning in Medical Technology at Druid City Hospital (DCH) in Tuscaloosa, additional schooling (and a little partying) in New Orleans, and a stint at Pfizer Diagnostics in Connecticut, she returned to the land of SEC football. Judy is Vice President of Quality Systems at Florida Blood Services, where she has been employed since 1982. |

Web Site Administrator: Lance Orr, a Tuscaloosa native, earned a B.A. in Journalism from the the University of Alabama in 2003, and completed a M.A. in Communications in 2005. He relocated to Tampa Bay in 2006, and graduated from the University of South Florida's M.B.A. program in 2009. |

Advisory Board: Ed Clark graduated from the University of Alabama in 1986 with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and a regular commission as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. After serving for six years as a Navigator, which included combat flight time in Desert Storm, Ed decided his purpose there was complete and entered the business world. Today, Ed is the President & COO of an international software company, operating from the Tampa Bay area |

Advisory Board: Kent McKinstray; Kent graduated with a degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Alabama in 1995. Kent moved to Tampa in 1997 and began a career in computer administration. Kent then transitioned into web development and design, in which he is presently employed. |

Advisory Board: Anne Compton completed a B.S. is Health Sciences from the University of Alabama in August 2000. She nows works as a pharmaceutical rep for Sciele Pharmaceuticals. A Mobile, Ala., native, she moved to Tampa after graduation and married Carleton. |

Advisory Board: Linda Harris spent one year at MUW, but spent several years studying at the UA College of Business between marriage, children, divorce, career, etc. Originally from Fayette, Ala., she traveled extensively during her career in real estate and property management, then moved to St. Pete Beach eight years ago. Lucky enough to have spent her time at Bama during the reign of the "Bear," she is definitely a diehard fan! |
